Im someone who spends her time online. I have a lot of friends online and it's because what i do for them. I help them with there problems. My best friend online is always saying he's gonna kill himself and i talk him out of it alot. I bottle up my emotions so that i can put them in front of everything. This isnt working. I find myself crying myself to sleep and having constant nightmares. I dont want to stop helping them as they might feel im not there for them anymore and ill lose them as friends. Please give me advice on what to do. Jas x

You shouldnt bottle up your emotions, at one point you just won't be able to hold them in anymore. Try finding an outlet, start keeping a journal, or maybe find a friend you can confide in. Keeping your frustrations inside will only poison you slowly. As for your friends, you should be there for them, but don't make them your life. They need you, especially since they're so emotionally vulnerable but the thing is, you will find that no matter how much you try to help your friends, in the end, they're the ones making their life's decisions. You can't physically tackle their problems, they have to learn to tackle it themselves, and per chance if they do anything rash, don't blame yourself because you were there for them.
As for crying yourself to sleep, we all do that sometimes, maybe some people more than others. Cheer up , watch a movie you like, have fun with friends who care about you, do those things you wanted to do but never could because you don't have time. Trust me, if you have little happy side dishes on your day it'll make you feel a lot better.
