I am angry all the time and a lot of the time that anger turns to rage. I dont know why I am such a angry person, I use to be a calm and nice person. Everytime I get enraged I feel like crawling out of my skin, and no matter how hard I try to be nice I cant. Have any of you ever felt this way?
